Greetings once again to all the readers of this fine newsletter. I am mindful of the fact that time waits on no one. As the old adage goes “How Time Flies” let me pause for a brief moment to pay my respect to two of our fallen comrades. The sad news reached us recently that Messrs Walter Grant and Victor Prime had fallen asleep in death.

Greetings to my colleagues across the region. As I prepare this article, I am in the beautiful Island of St Lucia enjoying a little respite after delicate eye surgery. Indeed my doctor would not be happy if he knew that I was awake at 130 am in the morning using my tablet to write or read anything; for that matter! However, he did say that I could do a little at a time and gradually work towards a full recovery.

The year is rapidly moving along and we are already into February. 2016 promises to be a very exciting year and all of us would have already set our goals and I wish all of you success and may you achieve all that you would like to do during the year. I trust you would have already begun to work towards not only achieving but surpassing your goals.
