Our 2010 - 2012 President, Emond Lewis Mitchell, has provided me with invaluable guidelines through his able guidance of the Association. Fortunately for all of us, Emond will continue to serve in the position of Immediate Past President with responsibility for Territorial Development and Hall Of Fame. I am especially grateful that I will be able to rely on his wise counsel during my term.
