Yolande has been married for 21yrs and is a proud youthful mother of 3 wonderful children, her eldest a son age 24yrs (Married), a daughter - 18yrs and another son -10yrs. She began her career when she joined the Bank of Nova Scotia in January 1987. She was later transferred to Scotia Jamaica Life Insurance Company Limited and started sales in this subsidiary in June 1998 to date.

Yolande’s motto is 'Changing lives one day at a time’. Today, Yolande is a Senior Insurance & Financial Advisor and named JAIFA’s Top Producer – Bancassurance 2011 -2012.
