Richard grew up in the Port of Spain area and started his sales habit at the age of 7 years old selling home make cakes to students. He has continued his early rising and has built a successful career in selling Insurance for over 8 years.

An athlete by nature winning Pan American Karate Federation Gold Medal Heavy Weight Champion (2001).

Richard is currently pursuing his FSCP designation and is inspired in sales by ensuring that he is continually educating himself.
