Congresses are usually 3 to 4 days with a focus on educating and motivating agents. activities are planned to coincide with the Theme.  The Theme acts as a reference point to encourage focus and to ensure that the desired results are met.  The registration fee includes the cost of hotel accommodations, meals, congress kit, workshops, main platform presentations and all organized congress activities from the opening ceremony to the closing ceremony.
